Jinhua concentrates the construction of the three networks of communications and accelerates that of the speedy trunk lines from its downtown to the city groups and other counties, the ones from the downtowns of counties to the central towns, and the speedy passage between the central towns and villages. Jinhua quickens the important infrastructure construction for water and electricity supply, sewerage and garbage disposal, and flood control, through such comprehensive measures as regional network construction and resource co-utilization. By now, the total mileage of the city has reached 6445 kilometers, thus the traffic circle within half an hour between counties in Jinhua basically coming into being. 70% of the city’s radio and television network has been completed. 95% of the towns and countries have equipped the cable network, and the network of cable television has spread to 80% of the system-organized villages. The electric net of town and country has been completed, with the implement of cross-regional water supply, have explored a new model for the integration of town and country water supply.
