The City will aim at the development of processing industries that are characterized by high technology, low energy cost, water economization and slight pollution, and try to foster the electromechanical industry, the new-material industry, architecture, pharmacy, fine chemistry, etc., into its pillar industries. Simultaneously, the textile and food-processing industries will regain their past glories, and more work will be done to reinforce the exploitation of hi-tech industries.
