During August 13th to 15th,group headed by Vice mayor Lao hongwu went to Qingchuan county to inspect the stricken area and the reconstruction work after the earthquake.
      Qingchuan county is zhejiang's counterpart support city which is affirmed by  state council.Kongxi,Banqiao,Qima,Guanyindian villages are separately counterpart support cities  to Jinhua ,Yiwu ,Yongkang,and Dongyang city which is  affirmed by the provincial government.All these villages were badly damaged.Houses were almost crumpled. Infrastructures like water,electricity,oil,transportation,telecommunication were totally broken down.The economic industry was severely affected, suffering great losses.
      The group went to the four villages for the field survey.They also held talks with Qingchuan government concerning the support plan.
