各位外国朋友，你们好！值此新春佳节之际，我们谨向您致以节日的美好祝福！ 近期，国内、省内多个地区发生新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，我市也发现了输入性确诊病例。针对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，浙江省于1月23日启动了突发公共卫生事件一级应急响应，金华市委市政府也高度重视，成立了疫情防控领导小组和指挥部，建立了最有效的防控体系，启动了联防联控机制，遏制病毒的扩散和蔓延。为了保护您和家人、朋友的身体健康，我们向在金华的各位外籍人士提出如下倡议：
一、关注权威信息。请关注“金华发布”“健康金华”“金华市疾控中心微健康”等权威信息发布平台的信息，获取新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方通报及金华市救治定点医院名单和防治指引措施等信息，或致电金华市疾控中心24小时咨询电话0579-82339041，不信谣不传谣。
二、加强自我防护。保持良好的卫生习惯，咳嗽、打喷嚏时务必使用纸巾或手绢捂住口鼻，勤洗手，搓揉时间不少于15秒，不随地吐痰。避免与呼吸道症状患者接触，一旦发现有咳嗽、打喷嚏等感冒症状的人，要尽快远离；避免接触任何野生动物或禽类动物，肉类和蛋类请彻底煮熟后食用。注意保持室内环境和空气流通。
三、尽量减少外出。减少流动，尽量不外出，不去人员密集的场所，减少聚会聚餐等集体活动。若必须前往，请务必正确佩戴口罩，首选医用外科口罩，废弃口罩请按规定投放。如出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，请佩戴口罩到我市定点医疗机构就诊。就诊时，主动配合医生提供信息，告知发病前14天内是否有武汉旅行史或居住史，是否接触过来自武汉的发热伴有呼吸道症状的患者。
四、参与联防联控。如果您近期曾到访过疫情高发地区，或最近接触过疫情高发地区的来金人员，要密切关注自身的身体状况，主动居家医学观察 14 天，并立即向属地社区（村、居委会）报告和登记，积极配合社区（村、居委会）工作人员。如果有政府、社区工作人员、医务人员询问您的情况，请您积极配合。
各位亲爱的外国朋友，金华是我们共同的家。在这危机关头，让我们众志成城，共同守护我们的家园。

A Letter to All Foreign Friends in Jinhua
Dear Foreign Friends:
Happy new year! On the occasion of Chinese Spring Festival, we extend our sincere greetings and best wishes to you all.
Recently, the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has happened in China and several provinces. Jinhua is no exception. In response to the virus outbreak, Zhejiang Provincial Government has activated Level I public health emergency response since 23rd January. Attaching paramount importance to the situation, Jinhua Municipal Government has formed the virus control and prevention leading group and headquarters，built efficient control and prevention system, started coordination mechanism and taken high-level prevention and control measures to curb the spread of the virus. For the health of your own and your loved ones, you are kindly requested to cooperate in the following practices:
I. Follow official updates and do not trust false and unverified information.
Follow Jinhua Release, Jinhua Health, Wechat platform of Jinhua Center of Disease Control and other official media outlets for the most recent updates. Check out the list of designated hospitals in Jinhua, and look for prevention and treatment guides. If you have any questions, please call 24-hour inquiry line: 0579-82339041. Avoid believing and spreading false and unverified information.
II. Increase prevention and self-protection.
Keep good hygiene by washing your hands often with soap (washing lasting at least 15 seconds) or alcohol-based sanitizer. Cover a cough or sneeze with a tissue or your flexed elbow. No spitting. Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms. Once found anyone with cold-like symptoms such as cough or sneeze, please keep space. Avoid close contact with wild animals or birds; eggs and meat must be thoroughly cooked before consumption.
III.Minimize outdoor activities.
Avoid crowded places, parties and group activities. Correctly wear a mask (preferably a surgical mask) if you have to go and attend one. If you have mild to severe respiratory symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, or fatigue, please go to a designated hospital with a mask on. When visiting the doctor, please actively cooperated with the doctor to provide information, telling whether there was any travel history or residence history in Wuhan within 14 days before the onset of the disease, and whether has contacted with patients from Wuhan with fever and respiratory symptoms.
IV. Join in our mass prevention and control efforts.
If you have been to the infected areas recently, or if contacted people who are from the epidemic areas, please immediately report to the community where you reside, cooperate with community or medical staff if they inquire about your condition, and stay at home under medical observation for 14 days. Please positively cooperate when government officials, community staff or doctors come to ask your situation.
Our valued international friends, Jinhua is our home. In the time of difficulties, we need to stay unified in solidarity to protect and defend our city.
