‌《Golden Jinhua·中外Z世代牵手看中国》第二期：走进后陈村，一起读懂“治村之计在于民”

在浙江武义县，一座名为后陈的村庄以“中国村务监督委员会制度发源地”之名，向世界展示着中国乡村治理的创新密码。‌《Golden Jinhua·中外Z世代牵手看中国》系列节目第二期由浙江师范大学的塔吉克斯坦留学生罗佳佳，与东阳青年陈康妮组成探访团，深入这片土地，探寻基层民主实践与乡村振兴的生动篇章。

In Wuyi County, Zhejiang Province, a village named Houchen, known as the "birthplace of China's village affairs supervision committee system", showcases to the world the innovative code of China's rural governance.Today,Jiajia from Tajikistan and Dongyang youth Chen Kangni go into Houchen Village, Wuyi County, to shed light on the villagers’ strategies for rural governance.

2004年6月18日，武义县白洋街道后陈村挂上了全国第一块村务监督委员会的牌子。从此，“后陈经验”不断深化完善并得到推广，成为加强农村基层民主建设的成功典范。20年来，“后陈经验”持续巩固拓展，在全国69万多个行政村落地生根，从一村之计上升为一国之策，成为我国基层民主建设的鲜活样本、实践品牌。

On June 18, 2004, Houchen village unveiled the country's first village affairs supervision committee plaque.It was precisely due to the pioneering role of Houchen village. Since then, over 690,000 administrative villages across China have established suchsupervisioncommittees.

这场探访，不仅是一次中国乡村治理的深度观察，更是一堂生动的基层民主公开课。当塔吉克斯坦青年遇见创业者，当制度创新碰撞产业突破，后陈村的故事，正为世界提供乡村振兴的“中国方案”。正如陈康妮所言：“只有让村民真正参与决策，乡村振兴才有持久动力。”

This visit is not only an in-depth observation of rural governance in China, but also a vivid open class on grassroots democracy.As Chen said,it also demonstrates that only by genuinely involving villagers in making decision can rural revitalization sustain its momentum.
